Stergios Konstantinou is a distinguished Greek lawyer specialising in data protection, intellectual property and telecommunications law. He is the head of the law firm “Stergios Konstantinou & Partners – SGK Legal”, which provides comprehensive legal services in various fields.
He studied Law at the European University of Cyprus and Political Sciences at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, he obtained a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Law (IP & ICT Law) from KU Leuven University.
His professional career includes work with important organisations such as the European Commission and the NGO “noyb – European Centre for Digital Rights” in Vienna, where he participated in cases leading to important data protection decisions.

She has passed the ‘Solicitors Qualifying Examination’. She studied Law at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom and holds an LLM, Cum Laude, in European Business and Social Law from Bocconi University, Italy.
She has two years’ experience in the field of European Union law, having worked in Italy and Greece, and was an intern at the International Bar Association in London.
