The use of the website is governed by these Terms of Use, which apply as they are, without the possibility of modification by visitors.

  1. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by Hellenic law. In case a dispute arises with a user of the website, the Law Office will seek to negotiate with the user in order to resolve it amicably. However, in case of judicial settlement of disputes, the competent designation is the courts of Athens.

If a term is declared invalid by the Greek courts, its invalidity does not result in the invalidity of the remaining Terms of Use.

  1. Modification/Update of Terms of Use and Conditions

The Law Office reserves the right to unilaterally and at any time modify these Terms of Use of the Law Office, in the context of its compliance with regulatory changes, upgrading its operations and optimizing its services. In case of future modification of the Law Office’s Terms of Use, the user will be informed and will be asked to accept again the amended Terms of Use.
