NIS2 – Extension of the Submission Deadline – Law 5160/2024
According to a decision by the National Cybersecurity Authority, the deadline for the submission of the required information by entities falling under the scope of Law 5160/2024, which transposes the NIS2 Directive, is extended until Friday, May 30, 2025.
Which Entities Are Affected by the Extension?
The extension applies to:

Essential and Important Entities (Article 4, para. 3 of Law 5160/2024)

Entities listed in Article 19, para. 1, such as:

Domain Name System (DNS) providers
-
Top-Level Domain (TLD) registries
-
Domain name registration service providers
-
Cloud service providers
-
Data Centers
-
Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
-
Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
-
Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs)
-
Online marketplaces, search engines, and social networking platforms
What Information Must Be Submitted?
a) The name of the entity,
b) The relevant sector, subsector, and entity type, as listed in Annexes I and II, as applicable,
c) The address of the entity’s main establishment and any other legal establishments within the European Union or, if not established within the EU, the address of its appointed representative (as per Article 18, para. 3),
d) Updated contact details, including email addresses and telephone numbers of the entity and, where applicable, its representative (Article 18, para. 3),
e) The Member States in which the entity provides its services,
f) The Internet Protocol (IP) range of the entity.
